How long are the documents valid?
The documentation has a 60-day validity window. The contract itself may run for a different period.
Is this the same as Housing assistance?
No. This gives you accommodation evidence for a procedure; Housing assistance helps you find a place to live.
Will the authority accept it?
We can’t guarantee that. Requirements vary, so check with the authority handling your case.
Is the fee refundable?
No. The €175 fee is paid in full at onboarding and is non-refundable.
