Partner benefits

What we pass on to you.

When you enrol at one of our partner schools, the benefits of that partnership go to you, not to us.

Cashback

Paid to you over the course of your programme, semester by semester: €500 a semester on a one-year programme, €250 a semester on a two-year programme.

You need to stay enrolled to receive each payment.

Application fees
€0

Application fees are waived at our partner schools, so applying to several of them costs you nothing extra.

Top schools that are not our partners charge their own application fees.

When to apply

Two calendars to know.

Public universities have one window a year. Private schools are open most of the year, with two intakes.

Public universities

September intake only

October to December
Applications open on Études en France. We add your programmes and submit your file.
March to May
Universities publish their decisions.
After your offer
Campus France, your visa and housing, ready for September.

Private schools

September and January intakes

Around 5 days
Your applications are prepared and submitted.
Next
An interview with the school, where it asks for one.
Around 30 days in all
Decision and enrolment.

September intake: applications from October of the year before until July. January intake: from July–August until October–November. Deadlines vary by school.

Outside October to December we can’t apply to public universities, so we focus on partner and other private schools.

What’s included

We handle your applications, from first call to enrolment.

Tell us what you want to study. We check your eligibility, find the schools that teach it, submit your applications and stay with you until the decisions are in.

What we do

  • A first call about your profile, your field and your budget
  • An eligibility check of your grades, level and language
  • Matching your chosen field to schools that teach it, partner schools included
  • Preparing and submitting your applications, on Études en France and with each school
  • Guidance on your application documents
  • Interview preparation, for schools that interview
  • Following up with schools until they decide
  • Enrolment and deposit steps once you accept an offer

What we don’t do

  • Choose your course for you. We are not career counsellors and don’t advise on career outcomes.
  • Guarantee admission. Every decision is the school’s.

How it works

From first call to enrolment.

01

Book a call

Tell us what you want to study, at what level and when. We check you’re eligible and which routes are open to you.

02

Onboarding

You pay the €250 fee in full and send us your documents. We confirm the schools and programmes you’ll apply to.

03

We apply for you

We prepare and submit your applications: on Études en France for public universities, and directly with each private school.

04

Interviews and decisions

We prepare you for interviews and follow up with each school until it decides.

05

Enrolment

You accept your offer and we help you through enrolment. At a partner school, your cashback starts with your first semester.

Good to know

The €250 fee is paid in full at onboarding and is non-refundable. Admission decisions are made by the schools alone; we can’t guarantee an offer. Public university applications are only possible from October to December.

Questions

Admissions, answered.

What does the €250 cover?

One admissions service across all three routes: up to 7 public university applications, up to 3 partner schools and as many top schools as you like, plus follow-up and enrolment support.

Can I apply to public and private schools at the same time?

Yes, if you come to us between October and December. Many students apply to public universities and private schools in the same year and choose once the offers are in.

I missed the October–December window. What now?

Public universities are closed until the next window, but partner and other private schools accept applications most of the year, for September and January.

How does the €1,000 cashback work?

If you enrol at a partner school, we pay you €1,000 in instalments, semester by semester: €500 a semester on a one-year programme, €250 a semester on a two-year programme. You need to stay enrolled to receive each instalment.

Do you help me choose a course?

You choose what to study. We check your eligibility and match your field to schools that teach it, but we aren’t career counsellors and don’t advise on career outcomes.

Do you cover PhDs?

No. We handle Bachelor and Master applications, including MBAs.

Can you guarantee I’ll be admitted?

No. Admission is always the school’s decision. We make sure your applications are complete, on time and well prepared.

Is the fee refundable?

No. The €250 is paid in full at onboarding and is non-refundable, whatever the outcome.

Are Campus France and my visa included?

No, they are separate services. Most students book Campus France assistance and VFS assistance once they have an offer.

Who usually applies with you?

Students from all over the world. For a Master’s, that usually means a three- or four-year Bachelor’s degree; for an MBA, around three years of work experience as well.
