Yes. Spouses of French nationals, foreign residents and Talent permit holders follow different routes.
Do my documents need translating?
Often, yes. Our Sworn translation service can arrange this at €50 per page.
How long does the decision take?
That is set by the authorities and varies. Our part takes one to two working days once your dossier is complete.
Can you guarantee approval?
No. The French authorities decide.
Is the fee refundable?
No. The €250 fee is paid in full at onboarding and is non-refundable.
