How it works
Five steps, one person who knows your file.
Book a call
Tell us where you are after Campus France. We confirm your visa route.
Pay and onboard
You pay the €125 fee in full and receive your tailored checklist.
We review your documents
We check your form, finances and accommodation proof and flag anything missing.
We organise your file
Your application is put in order, ready for the visa centre.
Appointment booked
We book your VFS appointment, usually one working day after your checklist is complete.
When your application is prepared and your VFS appointment is booked. You attend and submit your file as required.

Our target is one working day after you have sent everything on your checklist. The dates on offer depend on the visa centre.
Do you attend the appointment with me?
No. You attend the VFS appointment and submit your file yourself; we make sure it is prepared and organised.
I don’t have accommodation proof yet. What can I do?
You can add our Housing assistance or Domicile documentation services. They are separate from VFS assistance.
Are visa fees included?
No. €125 is our service fee. Visa and visa-centre fees are paid separately.
Is the fee refundable?
No. Service fees are paid in full at onboarding and are non-refundable.
