Terms of service

These terms apply when you use dimensionsfrance.com, the My Dimensions France student portal and the services of Dimensions France, based in Toulouse, France. By booking a service or creating a portal account, you agree to them. Questions: contact@dimensionsfrance.com.

What we do

Dimensions France helps people study, work and live in France: for example university admissions, housing, accommodation documents and French administrative procedures. We prepare and submit files and guide you through each step. Decisions are always made by the school, landlord or authority concerned. Dimensions France does not issue visas, residence permits or any other official document.

No guaranteed outcome

We cannot guarantee any result. In particular, admission to a school is never guaranteed, and we cannot guarantee that an authority accepts a document or approves an application.

Fees and refunds

  • Our service fee is the price shown for the service when you book it.
  • Service fees are paid in full at onboarding, before we start work.
  • Service fees are not refundable.
  • Government fees, school application fees, tuition, deposits and any other third-party costs are separate, and you pay them in addition to our fee.

University admissions

  • The admissions service covers Bachelor's and Master's programmes. It does not cover PhDs.
  • It includes applications to up to 7 public universities and up to 3 of our partner schools. Applications to top schools are not limited.
  • We help you choose your programmes. The final choice of where to apply is yours.

Partner school cashback

If you enrol at one of our partner schools through Dimensions France, you can receive €1,000 cashback from Dimensions France. It is paid in instalments while you stay enrolled: €500 per semester for a programme of 2 semesters, or €250 per semester for a programme of 4 semesters. If you leave the programme, the remaining instalments are not paid. Top schools are not partner schools and do not carry cashback.

Your responsibilities

  • Give us information and documents that are true, complete and your own.
  • Tell us promptly if anything changes, and respond to requests from us, schools or authorities in time.
  • Keep your portal account to yourself and keep your sign-in details safe.

We may stop working on a file, without refund, if information or documents we receive are false.

The student portal

The school and programme information in the portal, including fees, languages and dates, comes from official catalogues and the schools' own websites. Schools can change it at any time, so always check the details with the school before you decide. Your use of the portal is also covered by our privacy policy.

Our content

The text, design and branding of our website and portal belong to Dimensions France. Do not copy or reuse them without our permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. The terms in force when you booked a service apply to that service.
